Nossa Senhora, Mae dos Pobres Church Elevated: 16.3.1881    Feast: 1st Sunday of May History: In the beginning, Tila-Mola belonged to the Parish of Zambaulim which does not exist now. Then it passed on to the Parish of Sanguem. A new structure was blessed at Tila-Mola on 16.2.1879. It was raised to the rank of the parochial church in 16.3.1881. Architectural notes: • Modern style
• Large size, three-storey high
• Façade curved in plan with stepped sides
• Large porch with arched openings
• Frontispiece has designs in relief and in stained glass
• Twin bell towers with sloping roofs
