Nossa Senhora de Belem Church
Nossa Senhora de Belem Church Founded: 1645    Feast: 6th January History: The Church of Chandor was built in 1645. The frontispiece collapsed on 14.8.1949. It was reconstructed in Neo-Gothic style, but the nave and sanctuary of the church retain their Mannerist character. It was blessed on 17.12.1950. A piazza cross of intricate design stands on the church premises.
